What is Meta-Billing?
Meta-Billing provides billing services to a number of online subscription services.

I have paid my subscription fee but have not received a confirmation email
Please check your junk or spam folders to see if our confirmation email has been accidentally placed in these folders.
If you see a charge but have not received a confirmation email, your registration did not complete properly. This is most likely due to the CV2 number of your credit card not being entered correctly during sign up.
If this was the case, you have in fact not been charged. The funds have been reserved on your account but will be returned within 5 business days. If the reserved funds have not been released within 5 business days, please contact us and we will assist you further.

I would like to change my subscription plan
Unfortunately members are unable to change the subscription plan which was chosen during registration at this time. If you wish to switch to a different subscription type, you would need to cancel your current subscription and re-join after your current subscription expires.

How do I unsubscribe?
To unsubscribe, simply click on the "My Account" link which is located in the top right corner when you are logged in to the subscription site. Once in "My Account," click on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of the section.
Please note you will be able to access the site through the remainder of your subscription cycle.

I am a victim of fraud
Meta-Billing provides billing services to a number of online subscription services. If you did not recently sign up for a membership to an online subscription site, please make sure that others who may have access to your credit card have not done so.
If you are certain this charge is in fact fraud, please use our contact us form to send us your complete name and all the information and numbers which appeared on your billing statement and we will assist you further.
